The Sailing Club, Inc.

Welcome! The Sailing Club, Inc. is an organization of sailors and friends who are dedicated to bareboat charter sailing trips. The Sailing Club was established in the early '80's as the Morristown Sailing Club by a ski club in search of a summertime activity. Over the years, the membership has increased, and currently the Club has approximately 160 members. A more complete history of The Sailing Club can be found here.

The Sailing Club, Inc., a non-profit corporation, has an elected Board of Trustees. Volunteer members organize and run bareboat charter sailing trips each year. Your membership in the Club entitles you, or your household, to participate in these trips. In the past, the Club has sailed in Puerto Rico, the Netherlands, Puget Sound, the Caribbean, Maine, Long Island Sound, Great Lakes and the Chesapeake. We are constantly looking for interesting places for our members to sail.

Membership in the Club is open to anyone who enjoys, or wants to try, the fun and adventure of sailing and sharing their love of the sport with others. No sailing experience is needed, but you must be a Club member to participate in any of the trips. Annual membership fees are $30 for an individual and $40 for a household (all individuals residing at the same address).
