This is our yearly meeting at which election results are announced and the board makes reports to the membership. The annual meeting is also a social event that attracts many members as well as prospective members each year. The trip leaders for the upcoming season's trips give brief presentations of their trips and are available before and after the business meeting to answer questions about their trips. Door prizes are awarded via a drawing. In 2020, the Annual Meeting was held via Zoom. Since then, the board has hosted a teleconference meeting using Zoom in addition to or instead of the in-person event.
