Should any crew member be involved in a medical emergency, first responders and subsequent care givers will need to know about pre-existing medical conditions or medicinal allergies. The Club encourages all crew members to complete the Medical Emergency Information form. Each crew should store the completed form in their luggage and notify the skipper or at least one other crew member where it is located. This is entirely voluntary, but recommended.
