The waiting period is over! Two weeks after the Annual Meeting, trip leaders conduct a drawing from all received reservations. If they have more reservations than available berths, the drawing establishes the order of participants. Those reservations drawn beyond the number of available berths form the waiting list for the trip, in the order they are drawn.
The waiting period allows those who could not attend the in-person Annual Meeting time to review the trip announcements and mail their reservations to the trip leaders.
If you signed up for a trip, you will receive an email with your status soon after this date.
