The Sailing Club reserves the right to use in promotional and marketing materials on its website or other advertising methods, photographic, digital, or any other form of any or all of Club Activities in which members and any minors for which they are responsible take part. TSC reserves the right to use such records without any compensation to the subject. By joining The Sailing Club the member waives all right, title, and interest they have in or to any and all media in which their name or likeness might be used by The Sailing Club.
