Trip Information Package

In order to maintain a well-paced calendar the Sailing Club plans its events on a seasonal basis. The season is announced at the Annual Meeting, when all trips are opened to take reservations. The official vehicle for this announcement is the Trip Information Package, which includes relevant policies and everything a member needs to sign up for any, or all, trips.

The Club does add trips to the calendar when the board deems them to fit into the existing schedule. These announcements are handled via email and website announcements and are not added to that season’s trip package.
